These terms describe use of the Sakdermo Digital website and its informational portfolio. A separate written agreement is needed for any project work.

The website presents information about possible website and software development services, ways to make an inquiry, and illustrative portfolio concepts. Site content is general information and may be updated over time.

Items marked Concept Demo are illustrative interface previews. They are not functional software, live services, verified client deliverables, or evidence of business results. Text, figures, records, and workflows shown in mockups may be placeholders and do not promise that a feature is available or will be built.

Unless a page says otherwise, the site text, Sakdermo Digital branding, and portfolio concepts are presented as material of Sakdermo Digital. Viewing the site does not grant permission to copy, modify, publish, or use that material commercially. Ask for written permission for uses beyond what applicable law permits.

Third-party names, marks, and materials remain with their respective rights holders. Any permitted use of a third-party asset is subject to its applicable terms and permissions.

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors. You are responsible for reviewing information that matters to your own decisions and for checking that any material you send by email is appropriate to share.

The Request a Quote tool prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send a request automatically, and opening an email application is not confirmation of delivery. You decide whether to review and send the message.

An inquiry or quote discussion is not by itself a contract or a commitment to take on work. If a project proceeds, its scope, price, schedule, deliverables, revision rounds, payment terms, and any maintenance or support should be set out in terms mutually agreed in writing.

A link to a third-party site or service, if provided, is for convenience. Sakdermo Digital does not control that destination or its content, availability, or terms. Review the third party’s information before using it.
